  Bolted Type Cement silos are the best choice for long distance transportation as 2 silos with 2 sets of screw conveyors, filters and other equipment can be fit in one 40FT open top container. All components of bolted type cement silos are made by sensitive CNC laser cutting technology and the shape is given to bended parts by using bending molds. There is almost zero tolerance on the sensitivity of the matching holes.Cement silos whose capacity is more than 100 tonnes are manufactured as bolted type most of the time. To manufacture the silos as bolted brings advantage of space saving during transportation.While offering great transportation advantages bolted silos require more time for installation. In case of using the silo for cement terminal or similar application, the screw conveyor can be connected to a loading below to charge the cement to cement trucks.
