1. How does Trailer Concrete Pump work?
The cement pump trailer is composed of a professional equipment which combines concrete mixing and pumping. Component structures mainly include the hydraulic system, the control mechanism, mixing devices, the reducer, the cleaning system and so on. The working principle is to drive the variable pump of the hydraulic system by taking out the power of the engine. The mechanical energy is transformed into the hydraulic energy and transmitted to the motor which drives the reducer which further drives the mixing drum device to mix the tank concrete, and then the concrete is pumped by the conveying system. Mixing drum is the loading container of concrete. In the process of feeding and transportation, the mixing drum is rotating, and concrete moves inward along the blade. When discharging, the mixing drum reverses and concrete is discharged outward along the blade. Generally speaking, as long as it is used reasonably and maintained regularly, a cement pump trailer will not fail.
